A personalized experience you won’t find anywhere else; our chef brings a butcher table containing a delectable selection of Certified Angus Beef cuts right to your table. After the cuts are explained by the chef, you make your selection then the chef skillfully carves your cut then seasons it table side with your choice of artisanal salt.
The cooking process is then completed in our kitchen to your desired doneness, and the next time you see your selection, it’s plated beautifully and ready to enjoy. This interactive experience is sure to be a memorable–and delicious–one.
